I made this to share. Kind of my small way of saying thanks to everyone who worked hard on this pack and to everyone who is having fun playing this pack.
First I gotta give a little preview.
It's PINK!
It's Cozy
It has Tropical Flair!
It's Livable
It's A FLAMINGO!

This house is fully furnished with mostly Maxis content. The only custom content are a wall and floor are from the Larksville Pack. I checked it with Clean Installer and the wall and floor are the only custome content that show up. The flamingo painting is a recolor of Lady In Red, and is part of the Larksville Pack. It didn't package with the house.
I have all expansions up to and including Freetime. The racecar desk and chair were used, but if you don't have Family Fun Stuff, they simply won't show up.
The house costs $36,620. It is on a medium size lot.
1 bedroom plus a den or second bedroom
1 bath
"sun room" could be another bathroom.

Oh my goodness! I giggled for a long time, and then I downloaded it. Is it weird that a bit of me has envy for my sims that now get to live in a flamingo house when I have to live in one of those boring boxy ranch houses myself?  |

Gee, I forgot I made this house :lol
I was staring at it just now and realized something. I can make a half bath in the flamingo's head. Then when a sim thinks 'I need to go to the head' they really mean it.

I was wondering what that space was for. There's a door, but there's nothing in the super secret space! I almost put a flamingo in there.
I need to get around to posting pics of the proud owner. It's an EAxis sim who couldn't resist.
